Dandruff in the scalp is becoming more common which results in painful itching and this problem is not limited to women but men also face it and use new shampoos to avoid it.
This is usually due to carelessness or haste in cleaning the hair. However, in the presence of people outside the house, itching can be a source of embarrassment, especially dryness and lice coming out. A few simple but interesting tips are very helpful to get rid of this problem.
◦ Aspirin
Aspirin is a medicine rich in ingredients ( acetylsalicylic acid ) that are part of most dry shampoos. Grind 2 tablets of aspirin into a powder and add as much shampoo as you take to the scalp.
Leave the mixture on your hair for one to two minutes and then wash thoroughly, then wash your head with a simple shampoo and you will be amazed at the effect.
◦ Baking Soda
Your kitchen has a key to relieving itching and dryness. Just wet your hair and then rub a handful of baking soda in it vigorously, leave the shampoo and wash the hair. This soda prevents the dry matter from activating. Your hair may feel dry at first after washing with soda, but after a few weeks, your hair will start producing natural oils which will make it soft and dry.
◦ Apple Cider Vinegar
Hair experts claim that Iraqi apple cider vinegar is the best remedy for dandruff because the acid found in it causes changes in the scalp that make it difficult for dandruff to form there.
Add a quarter cup of this vinegar to a spray bottle filled with a quarter cup of water and spray it on your scalp. Wrap a towel around your head and sit comfortably for fifteen minutes to an hour, then wash your head as usual. Doing this twice a week will drive the drought away forever.
◦ Mouth Wash
If you want to treat a lot of dryness, first wash your hair with a normal shampoo and then wash it with mouthwash, then use a hair conditioner. The anti-fungal properties of mouthwash prevent dryness.
◦ Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is a proven and effective treatment for dryness. Before taking a bath, massage your scalp with three to five teaspoons of coconut oil and leave it on for an hour. Then wash your head with shampoo. In addition, you can double its effectiveness by using a shampoo that also uses coconut oil.
◦ Lemon
To get rid of dryness, massage two teaspoons of lemon juice on your scalp and wash it off with water. Then mix a teaspoon of lemon juice in a cup of water and rub your head with it. Use this method daily until the dryness disappears. The acidity in lemons balances the level of hydrogen on your scalp, causing it to run dry.
◦ Aloe vera
Massage aloe vera oil or gel before shampooing to get rid of your itch. The cooling factor in aloe vera is helpful in relieving itching.
◦ Olive Oil
Going to bed at night by massaging with olive oil is a centuries-old tip of dryness. Massage it by dripping ten drops of olive oil on the head and covering the head with a hat or towel and going to sleep. Get up in the morning and wash your head. In a few days, the dryness will go away from you. However, if you want an immediate effect, prefer a shampoo that contains olive oil.
