High motivation and optimism can extend women's lives, extending life spans to 90 years for women of every color, race, and region. Research published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society on June 8 states that women in particular can live to be 80 to 90 years old. In this regard, from 1993 to 1998, more than 159,000 women were recruited and evaluated by various questionnaires for 26 years.

It was found that the 25 percent of women who were very optimistic compared to the pessimistic women saw a 5.4 percent increase in life expectancy and 10 percent of them lived to be 90 years old.
