Aging is a natural process, but some people age too quickly. These individuals consider themselves prematurely old and stop mining. Such old age brings with it various diseases.

Positive thinking, useful activities, abstinence, a balanced diet and living according to the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) can make this precious time much more profitable. Aging should not be feared, as it is a natural process.

If you are healthy, you should continue to work for education and welfare. If you wish to live a healthy old age, then follow the following methods. Always think positive. Be patient and don't expect others.

Keep doing good work for religion and world. The good work you wanted to do in your youth, but couldn't due to busy schedule, start doing it now.

  • Walking briskly is beneficial for health.
  • Keep the body clean.

  • Drink Ghekwar (aloe vera) curry. It prevents aging.
  • Eat Honey Barley Oatmeal or Spaghoul for breakfast. Sleep for eight hours. Make it a habit to sleep early and wake up early in the morning after the Isha prayer. After the midday meal, follow the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and do qailula for half an hour.
  • Keep inquiring about the neighbors. Pray in the mosque, so as to keep meeting with the people of the neighborhood.
  • Keep visiting friends and relatives. Be sure to attend the occasions of sadness and happiness.
  • Recite the names of Allah Ta'ala. Get into the habit of reciting Durood Sharif, Kalima, Tayyaba and Ayatul Kursi daily, so that the home will be blessed and life will increase.
  • Stay away from fights. Pray for those whom you are angry with. If possible, make them yourself.
  • If you have to ask for forgiveness, ask for it. Apologizing does not reduce respect, but increases it.
  • Take a walk and light exercise in the morning and evening
  •  Drink eight to ten glasses of water daily.
  • Drink less tea and coffee, drink more green tea. Instead of drinking the fruit juice, cut it with your teeth and eat it.
  • Eat less red meat.
  • Play with children during their free time.
  • Tell them the lessons of your life.
Visit the sick. If someone dies, attend his funeral. If someone invites you, accept his invitation. Old age is the precious capital of human life, which you have acquired after a lifetime of education and experience.

This valuable capital should be spent very thoughtfully.
One should spend one's old age in fulfilling the favorite works of Allah, the most important of which is self-improvement and selfless service to God's creation.
