What is blindness? Complete overview of blindness - Health-Teachers

In blindness, one eye creates an image of one side of the brain and the other eye creates a different image. It means that two different images are being formed in the brain, the brain does not accept this in any case.

Blurred vision is mostly seen in children but it can affect you at any stage of life. Blindness in children or older people can be caused by various medical conditions such as cerebral palsy or physical paralysis.

What is squint or cross eyes?

Cross-eyes, also known as strabismus, is a condition in which your eyes do not line up. If you have this condition, your eyes look in different directions and each eye will focus on a different object.

Symptoms of blurred vision

If you have strabismus, your eyes may point inward or outward or focus in different directions. Other signs of strabismus include:
1. Visual impairment
2. Double vision
3. Decreased depth perception
4 eye pain or headache.

These symptoms can be constant or only appear when you are tired or not feeling well.

Types of blindness

1. Hypertropia:
This is when the eyes turn upwards.
2. Hypotropia:
This occurs when the eyes turn downward.
3. Esotropia:
This is when the eyes turn inward.
4. Exotropia:
This is when the eyes turn outward.

What are the causes of blindness?

Blurry vision is caused by nerve damage or when the muscles around your eyes don't work together because some muscles are weakened by other muscles. When the brain receives a different visual message from each eye, it ignores the signals from your weaker eye. If the condition of the eyes is not good, it can lead to blindness.

Blindness in children

Dandruff is common in children. Often the underlying cause is unknown. Infantile esotropia is a special type of nearsightedness that appears in children in the first year.

Sometimes blepharitis runs in families and can be corrected with corrective surgery. This strabismus occurs in children between the ages of 2 and 5 and is usually corrected with glasses.

Acquired blindness

In this, children usually look at the imitation of someone with crooked eyes. It occurs between the ages of 2 and 5 years but is cured with regular eyewear.

Medical condition

Blindness can occur in any part of life. This is usually due to physical disorders. For example, eye injury, cerebral palsy, physical paralysis, etc.

"Allah" has given us two eyes. When we look at an object, both eyes automatically turn towards that object. If for some reason the coordination of these two eyes is damaged, then the disease of squint appears. Imbalance can usually be caused by any of the following three reasons:

1. The brain could not maintain the balance of the movements of both eyes.

2. The performance of one eye becomes poor due to some reason, for example, due to white cataract, retinal defect, the vision of one eye is naturally much weaker than the other, etc. One or more of the 12 muscles that control eye movements become ill and do not work properly. For example, paralysis of an organ, maldevelopment of an organ, or injury of an organ.

Disadvantages of blindness

Many times blindness leads to psychological confusion. Especially in children and women, malformations, in which children with muscle paralysis are the cause, may unconsciously assume abnormal head and face positions.

This position can lead to lifelong damage to the neck joints. Headache, dizziness, and start moving words while reading are the common symptoms of this disease.

Their presence affects the performance of children. Children are fascinated by studies. People start stealing from work for which they don't even understand the reason.

It is curable in most patients. Treatment is related to the defect. If the eye function is poor and its ability to function can be improved in some way, it will cure the blindness.

For example, cataract surgery should be done. If glasses are needed, then starting to use glasses will gradually correct the strabismus.

Thus, it is often possible to improve the performance of muscles that are paralyzed or congenitally weak.

Homeopathic treatment

1. Gelsemium
2. Cyclamen
3. Kali Phos
4. Weakness of the eye muscles, frequent movement of the eyeball.
5. Magnesia Phos
6. Calcarea Flour. The most useful medicine for cataracts.
7. Zincum Sulph. Clear the lens of the eye by cleaning it.
8. Cyclamen. Eyes turned inward.
